Mobile Recording Session (Available August 13th)
On-location mobile recording service. I bring professional-grade equipment directly to your space and record, mix, and deliver a high-quality rough mix by the end of the session.
Base Pricing
Equipment Included
- Minimum booking: 2 hours for $150 (includes setup and pack-out time, read session details below)
- Additional time: $55/hour after the first 2 hours
- Travel: locations over 10 miles away from starting travel point(Pantops in Charlottesville, Virginia) may incur a $1/mile surcharge for each mile beyond 10
- If session goes over time due to artist's need's then they may incur an additional $1.50/minute charge.

Deposit & Payment
Client Prep Requirements
- 50% non-refundable deposit required to book
- Sessions 20+ miles away may require a 75% non-refundable deposit
- Remaining balance due in full upon arrival
- Please note that I accept the following forms of payment for the deposit: Paypal, Zelle, Cashap, Venmo, and Apple Pay. ​

Send links to the tracks you'd like to record on before the session, so files can be downloaded and sessions pre-loaded — this saves time on the day of. Any files that have to be downloaded on site will eat into your session time.

I can bring my own table and chair, however it is preferable if you have a space that I can setup in

I highly recommend that you practice and have what you are going to record written prior to get as much work done as possible. Freestyling is great however for the sake of time and to get your money's worth from my service I advise against it.

Highly recommend having as few people in the space as possible as in my experience you get the most work done with less people at the session. People lead to distractions and I just want you to get the most out of our session as possible!
Session Details
- Arrival: I arrive at least 30 minutes early to set up (Build the booth, Carry In Equipment, Get Everything Ready). Setup time is not part of the session time itself, and we will officially start the time when pro tools is loaded up and we are ready to record.
- End time: final 20 minutes reserved for mixing and bouncing the session, any photo/video packages will be shot after the session time.
- Delivery: high-quality rough mix provided at end of session (Will need access to wifi)
- Optional: have an external hard drive for full session transfer at no extra cost
- Sessions will be video recorded for promotional use for my platforms unless specifically asked otherwise
Add-On Packages
+$40 — Focal Shape 65 6.5" Powered Studio Monitors: Please note that if these are not added on that the entire session will only be listened to through headphones. Not recommended for sessions in apartments.
+$100 - Photography Package add-on:
10 Edited Photos for promotional use shot on sony a7rv. Will get pictures back same day. 20 minutes will be allocated after the session to shoot.

+$200— Basic music reel video add-on: filmed on Sony FX3, this video will have basic transitions and no vfx. Up to 3 scenes in video. Video back to you within 4 days. 1 hour of time will be allocated after the session to shoot.
